About the Board: 

 The River Trace Homeowner's Association (RTHA) is governed by volunteers who are residents of River Trace. RTHA is a non-profit corporation under Tennessee State Law which owns all the common areas throughout the neighborhood. The RTHA is managed by a board of directors as prescribed in the River Trace Charter and By-laws. The board is charged with overseeing the safetey, general maintenance and appearance standards of River Trace. The board also is responsible for the financial management of community funds. These funds are used to provide for the management and maintenance of the community. The board is working to establish committees made up of River Trace residents with a passion for thier community who can help plan for the future of the community.
