River Trace Estates is located in the Pennington Bend area of the Cumberland River.  The "Bend" is about 15 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to the Nashville International Airport and less than 5 minutes from Opry Mills.  The land around the bend is growing rapidly as more and more people are beginning to discover the beauty and convience of this area. If you would like to learn more about development in and around the  "Bend," click on the FUTURE DEVELOPMENT section of the website.   

River Trace Estates broke ground in 1986 and was built in several phases.  The last phase of River Trace was completed around 2000.  Over the past few years, our sister neighborhood, Abbington Park has been developed.  Abbington Park was completed in 2007 and shares three entrances with River Trace.  The homes in River Trace vary quite a bit, there is truly something for everyone.  The neighborhood offers a Tennis Court, gazeebo and several open areas for a great game of soccer, etc. 

River Trace is located in Region 7 of the Nashville MLS.  Its homes vary in price from about $140,000 for smaller homes to about  $185,000 for newer/larger homes.  River Trace is a great place to raise a family, go on walks to the river or just work in the yard.  It is a short walk to Lock II park which has a great play area or boat launch.  Of course, the shopping is fantastic as well.
